The position will require engagement with ATN’s six universities to ensure all are actively participating in the program’s design and roll-out, and that student participation and experience remains strong among all universities. In consultation with senior leaders from ATN universities, the Programs Manager will lead the development of policies to ensure equitable participation among our universities and academic integrity.

The Programs Manager will manage the sustainable operations of programs against their aims and budget, ensuring money is being spent most effectively. The Programs Manager will also be comfortable reporting program progress, budget updates and outcomes to the Executive Director, stakeholders within and beyond ATN, and senior leaders with program accountabilities from across ATN.

The Programs Manager will identify, scope and advise on strategically valuable partnerships, relationships and opportunities for ATN to pursue that raise the profile, reach and impact of its programs.

The Programs Manager will lend their capabilities to other emerging ATN programs, and in collaboration with the Executive Director, will plan for the ongoing sustainable management of these programs.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have as a minimum:

- Proven experience creating and effectively managing budgets
- Ability to report progress and outcomes to senior leaders and stakeholders in a collaborative but structured fashion
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to work across multiple platforms and provide accurate, timely information to key stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in large and complex environments to effectively deliver outcomes.
