**What are we looking for?**
- Commonwealth procurement policy guidance
- Tender evaluation and negotiations services
- Provision of procurement and contracting professionalisation services
- Planning and developing procurement strategies
- Project management in the Defence environment
- Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Management
- Defence's Australian Standard for Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON) suite of tendering and contracting templates
- Specific experience may include:

- Drafting or responding to ASDEFCON approaches to market (such as tender development, evaluation, or analysis and contracts)
- Support to development of Defence Liability Risk Assessment (LRA), Endorsement to Proceed (ETP), etc
- Support to evaluation of ASDEFCON based tenders
- Support to ASDEFCON contract negotiations from a Defence or industry perspective
- Contract management of ASDEFCON contracts from a Defence or industry perspective
- Understanding of the One Defence Capability System (formerly know as The Capability Life Cycle)
- You will work mostly on site with, and under the task direction of our Defence clients and be responsible for delivering your work to agreed schedules. However you will be supported by the greater Horsell team with many years of experience in providing similar roles so you will never be alone.
