7.6 hours per day and 38 hours per week
**Position Purpose**
The Analytics, Data and Actuarial Division provides information and advice on Scheme monitoring, financial sustainability, and risks. The Division performs analysis and provide insights for the overall financial sustainability of the Scheme.
The Division also provide operational data, insights and analytics to all operational teams, driving service delivery performance. They undertake various reports, initiatives, and projects such as the annual financial sustainability report and quarterly actuarial reports and provide information and advice to the CEO and the Board.
The Executive Office Branch act as an enabling function to support the Division with managing requests and providing advice to internal and external stakeholders. They coordinate the release of any external data requests and are responsible for the identification of continuous improvement strategies and operations for the broader Division.
**Duties**:
- Manage mailboxes and action various enquiries such as operations enquiries and administrative enquiries from staff members, recruitment agencies, other branches, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage business support functions and operating procedures, including the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of staff who are leaving the Agency.
- Assist with monthly financial accruals.
- Manage the payment of invoices.
- Work on operations/HR projects and tasks, and liaise with relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Other duties and projects where directed.
