**Christies Beach Early Learning Centre** is dedicated to cultivating a holistic and nurturing approach to the Childcare and Kindergarten sector, but we couldn’t do it without our incredible team. We’re on the lookout for an experienced **Kitchen Hand **who wants to contribute to the continued success of our brand and customer experience to join our family

Our **Christies Beach centre** caters for up to 84 children, operating from 7:00am to 6:30pm. The centre features natural play environments, open plan rooms, age-appropriate learning resources and separate playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor areas.

**The Kitchen Hand hours will be 15 hours per week, 10am to 1pm. With an option to pick up every second Thursday as a 7am to 3.30pm shift.**

**About you**:
You are an experienced chef who has a passion for menu planning and preparing healthy and delicious food. You love being part of a team and nourishing our little learners. You enjoy building relationships with our team, families and children. You will look forward to working in your own and new kitchen. You will also have:

- **Food Handling Certificate**:

- Experience in commercial cooking
- Experience in bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management and budget control
- An ability to menu plan and prepare fresh, healthy food within budget
- Understanding of diverse dietary requirements and food sensitivities
- A current Working with Children check
- Excellent personal presentation
- Permission to work in Australia
