The Opportunity

As part of the Technology Team, this role will partner closely with business representatives to deliver high quality Project Coordination and BAU services at pace to drive strategic outcomes for Bupa’s customers.

The purpose of this role is to contribute to the management and successful delivery of strategic change projects, BAU requirements with support from an experienced Project Manager and to develop the skillset required for autonomous Project Coordination of small to medium sized projects.

About You

To be considered for this role you will have:

- 1-2 years’ experience working in a technical and business project management support role; or 3+ years’ experience in a strategic change project role (i.e. business analyst or similar) with some Project Mgt responsibilities
- Microsoft Office experience, to Intermediate level (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); with MS Project experience desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems/Information Technology or equivalent (desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good report writing skills / ability to learn
- Ability to facilitate and present ideas/ plans at meetings and influence outcomes
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Information Technology systems development processes
- Understanding of the Systems Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Confluence (desirable)
