Our Finance and Administration Team is seeking a **Billing & Receipting Officer**, accountable for providing operational and administrative support for school finances.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Billing & Receipting Coordinator, you will join the Finance & Administration team, who’s central offices are at Parramatta. More specifically, the Billing & Receipting Officer is accountable for:

- Providing operational support to the Billing and Receipting team
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Receipting and allocating all payments received
- Perform accurate account reconciliations in a timely manner
- Correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing assistance on end of month and end of year tasks
