Our Finance and Administration Team is seeking a Billing & Receipting Officer, accountable for providing operational and administrative support for school finances.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Billing & Receipting Coordinator, you will join the Finance & Administration team, who's central offices are at Parramatta. More specifically, the Billing & Receipting Officer is accountable for:

  • Providing operational support to the Billing and Receipting team
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Receipting and allocating all payments received
  • Perform accurate account reconciliations in a timely manner
  • Correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing assistance on end of month and end of year tasks

Ideal Candidate

To be successful you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values, together with:

  • Appropriate demonstrated experience in the duties described above within a large company.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to manage a variety of tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and compliance
  • Experience with TechnologyOne or a similar, large ERP system will be beneficial
