Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Relations Manager to join our team at KayalFoods Pty Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations initiatives to enhance the company's reputation, manage communication with key stakeholders, and drive positive media coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies and campaigns to promote KayalFoods' brand messaging and key initiatives.

2. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, bloggers, influencers, and industry analysts to secure positive media coverage and publicity.

3. Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other press materials to communicate company news, announcements, and events to the media and public.

4. Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, handling media inquiries, interviews, and press conferences, and preparing key executives for media interactions.

5. Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and provide timely analysis and reports on relevant topics to internal stakeholders.

6. Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and protocols, and provide support and guidance to key stakeholders during crisis situations.

7. Coordinate and oversee corporate events, sponsorships, and community relations activities to enhance the company's public image and reputation.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and executive leadership, to align public relations efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

2. Proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related field, preferably within the food and hospitality industry.

3. Strong media relations skills, with a track record of securing positive media coverage and building relationships with media contacts.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective public relations strategies and campaigns.

6. Crisis communication experience and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

8. Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
