**Company Overview**: Yuns Finance is a dynamic mortgage broker and private lender, dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated Deal Writer to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to launch their career in the finance industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Loan Application Summary**:

- Analyze client information to ensure accuracy and completeness for submission to banks.

**Private Lending Credit Analysis**:

- Create detailed credit analyses for new loans in our private lending business.
- This includes assessing borrower backgrounds, security details, property information, and market analysis.

**Loan Settlement Coordination**:

- Communicate with lawyers to facilitate the loan settlement process.
- Ensure all legal requirements are met for a smooth and timely settlement.

**Post-Settlement Inquiries**:

- Address and resolve client's ongoing inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate with bankers for any loan variation and amendment.
- Follow up on the bank's ongoing conditions and tenancy schedule updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
