Real Estate Photographer/videographer

Upload Media Services is a one stop shop for online content production, focusing on providing quality services to small and medium-sized businesses in Sydney. We are currently seeking a talented and creative Freelance/Contractor Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join our growing team.

As a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and video footage of properties to showcase on our clients' websites and social media platforms. You will work closely with our team to ensure the best results for our clients, and be required to use your creative and technical skills to capture the essence of each property.

**Must Have**:

- Valid Driver's License
- Own a reliable transport
- DSLR camera & Wide angle lens
- Speedlite/ powerful flash
- Good quality tripod and Drone
- Australian Business Number

**Job and Responsibilities**:

- Accept jobs scheduled
- Arrive on photoshoots on time
- Follow the quality assurance check-list to achieve the best result
- Communicate with owner/tenant to move items around and declutter
- Sketch/draw a floor plan of the house
- Capture drone images to show land size and locality shots
- Upload jobs on shared cloud as soon as you complete a job
- Pick up/return keys as required

**Work Hours**:

- Flexible, according to client needs
- Some weekend work may be required

**Pay**:

- Min $275 per day
