Reporting to the National Property Manager, this role will work alongside another Manager to take care of cira 190 residential properties. Day to day you will:

- Minimise daily rent arrears, and issuing notices as required by legislation and as per client’s instruction
- Coordinate and undertake routine and ongoing inspections
- Ensure all leases and management agreements are current and valid, including negotiating with relevant parties
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests, and liaising with landlords and contractors to resolve issues
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Review rent for new tenancies and renewals by conducting market appraisals, and advising landlords
- Advertise available properties online and coordinate Leasing tasks

**You may have all or some of the following skills and experience**:

- A current Assistant Agent - Registration Certificate or Real Estate Agent Licence
- Previous experience in Property Management (You could be an Assistant or Property Officer stepping up)
- Familiarity with Rental Tenancies Act and relevent laws
- Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously
- Excellent reporting, negotiating and communication skills
- Driver licence and own reliable car are essential
- Availability to work Saturdays from 10.00am to 3.00pm, with a weekday off in lieu
