**What you will do**:

- Provide high level customer service and stewardship to Aspect’s supporters, ensuring supporter queries and complaints are handled sensitively and effectively in a timely manner
- Foster strong relationships within Aspect including the wider Fundraising team and other key internal stakeholders
- Provide campaign and project coordination, fundraising and administrative support to the Community Fundraising (CF) team to help grow, engage and retain Aspect’s IN IT for AUTISM community supporter base
- Assist Aspect Schools with fundraising initiatives as necessary
- Assist Fundraising Executive with Community Fundraising requests and co-ordinate Community Fundraising Proposal and Authority to Fundraise
- Assist with stewardship activities across all CF income streams
- Manage correspondence with regular giving supporters including donation corrections/rejections, cancelling notifications, filed payments and end of year receipting follow-up

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification/s in communications, marketing, project co-ordination or administration and 1+ years’ experience in fundraising
- Experience in effective project coordination
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid database experience (knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM database is not essential but would be considered favourably)
- Proven ability to effectively multi task under pressure
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with people at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible, positive and collaborative approach
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and experience working with a CRM database
- Ability to attend out-of-hours local and national events throughout the year, including weekends, where needed
- Working with Children Check clearance (NSW) and National Police Clearance
