**About the opportunity**

The master scheduler is a critical role in the successful execution of a large program of work. Commencing in early 2023 this person will be working closely with the Program team on developing and delivering a complex, multi-stream IT project delivery environment. You will be the kind of person who thinks three moves ahead, can anticipate problems and respond quickly to changes. You’ll be a natural communicator, team player and be comfortable in high intensity, fast changing change environments.

- Ongoing maintenance of the integrated program schedule.
- Analysing and reporting on project schedule e.g. critical path, slippages, deliverables, dependencies and milestones.
- Working with Project Managers to QA project schedules, identify gaps and make recommendations to improve project delivery.
- Support team in coordinating release management activities including environments, technical, change and transition.
- Ensuring all mandatory assurance and project milestones are accurately captured in project schedules and managed through to completion.
- Scenario modelling for change request impact assessments.
- Early identification and escalation of schedule risks to Program Manager/PMO Lead that may impact on-time delivery.
- Managing schedules for releases across the projects.
- Supporting Program Managers and PMO Lead as required.

**Keen to get involved? You'll just need some of the following;**
- Minimum 4 -5 years previous experience as a Master Scheduler or equivalent within a complex, multi-stream IT project delivery environment.
- Demonstrated experience producing accurate program/executive schedule reports (dashboards);
- Advanced MS Project experience.
- Confidence to call out schedule delivery risks and coordinate appropriate team members to manage these.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities of the Program.
