This is an excellent opportunity for a **Project Coordinator** looking:

- To make an impact supporting multiple project streams delivering innovative and disruptive platforms in the financial sector
- For a newly created position and being the first Project Coordinator within a growing organization
- For an opportunity to help shape a project office and take it to the next level

The **Project Coordinator** plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-profile projects, ultimately having real impact on FinClear’s success. They do so by working with Program/Project managers offering additional project support and ensuring the governance function of the FinClear project office is operating at its optimal level and meeting the needs of the business.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Program governance activities including reporting and coordinating committee packs.
- Ensure appropriate project governance processes are embedded within each project.
- Working closely with Programme/Project Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups.
- Creating and maintaining project office artifacts, procedures, and templates.
- Ensure that mandatory templates, documentation, and processes are completed and signed off for compliance and audit purposes.
- Liaise with the finance team on project registration and time capture for budget tracking.
- Coordinate the delivery of change programs by facilitating the implementation of sustainable solutions that meet organisational requirements - Change experience helpful but not essential.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Experience in providing high level project co-ordination and support across multiple streams in a fast-paced environment.
- Preparation of large-scale program and project budgets and reporting.
- Communication and coordination with executive business management.
- Hands-on experience with project delivery tools e.g. Jira, Confluence and etc

**Salary**: $31.88 - $78.58 per hour
