- This position contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the Business Services Unit (BSU) in the Public Trustee by providing administrative support.Do you have a bubbly personality and can communicate with people from all walks of life? How are you at making good first impressions? Do you like providing genuine care for others day to day?

We are seeking an outgoing, organised and empathetic person, with a strong attention to detail, to join us in this client-facing role. As the first point of contact in reception, you’d be the “face” of the Public Trustee, Hobart.

Your new role will primarily be responsible for completing reception duties and administration tasks and as your competency grows, so will the opportunities for further development and training.

You must be able to work full time, in the office, between the hours of 8.45am - 5.06pm Monday to Friday.

**Hours per fortnight**

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.

**Duties**
- Provide a confidential and professional receptionist service in both telephone and face to face settings with clients.
- Carry out clerical tasks supporting the management of client administrations as directed.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
