Bakers Delight Brighton has had a complete makeover. Equipment we've installed includes the latest Revent Rack Oven/Prover and Rotel 3 Deck Oven. We're looking for Enthusiastic Bakers and Bakers Assistants (either with qualifications or with previous experience working in a bakery), to join a new team.

**At Bakers Delight Brighton our Bakers are responsible for**:

- Assisting in product preparation and baking
- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
- Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistant's
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
- Assisting the Bakery Manager with stock control and production expenses
- Providing delightful customer service when required
- Dough making
- Oven work
- Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards
- Customer service
- Ordering stock and stocktake
- Passion for baking
- Proven baking experience
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced/flexible environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 - 38 per week

**Salary**: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
