Our team teaches you new skills and improves your existing skills to maximize your potential and independence. We are currently looking for a Centre Manager with following duties and responsibilities:
**Strategy & Planning**
- Centre Manager role is responsible for the operational leadership and management of disability services to ensure all support workers meet the Mission, Vision and Values of Tree of Goals.
- Play a key role in enhancing the reputation and sustainability of our services and growing them.
- Develop a strategy for the delivery of NDIS services.
- Manage budgets, resources, and contracts to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Identify opportunities for service quality improvement and implement changes where necessary.

**Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, and service providers.
- Monitor and report on the performance of NDIS services against agreed targets and standards.
- Provide weekly progress reports to the Director.
- Visit office once a fortnight and meet the team in person.
- Liaising with the Coordinator in reviewing and assessing service availability and suitability.

**Centre Operations**
- Design monthly programs and organize activities according to the assigned budget. Ensure an appropriate ratio according to the severity of participants’ condition. For example, a 1:1 worker and participant ratio for intense participants and 1:2 ratio for more manageable participants.
- Arrange skilled people to conduct interactive learning and development sessions for participants such as music, arts and crafts.
- Home maintenance including budgeting and shopping.
- Overall property maintenance ensuring cleanliness, organization and availability of all resources.
- Maintain groceries and food items in the fridge to make sure nothing is past expiration.
- Support office staff with day-to-day operations.
- Scheduling of staff and participants and monitoring rosters.
- Ensure that all staff are appropriately trained and supported to deliver high-quality services.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in managing NDIS services or similar services.
- Must have an empathetic and friendly attitude towards clients
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- The ability to build and develop a positive site culture.
- A high level of integrity and dedication.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

**Qualification & Certificates**:

- Preferably hold a certificate/diploma and minimum 1 year experience in a relevant field (e.g. management, community services, disability services & social work)

Have or willing to obtain the following documents:

- National Police Certificate
- Working With Children (WWC) Check
- NDIS Worker Check
- Have a Current Driver's License and willingness to use own vehicle (if required) with comprehensive insurance.
- Have a Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencing.

(Arabic language is highly desirable for this role)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $700.00 - $900.00 per week

Expected hours: 24 per week
