**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Market Research & Revenue Analyst is responsible for undertaking comprehensive data analysis to support the provision of evidence-based advice and insights to inform the East Coast Car Rentals (ECCR) whole-of-business strategy and future planning. You will possess strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Some of your duties will include:

- Continuously monitoring and evaluating industry best practices to identify areas for improvement and innovation, by conducting primary and secondary market research to gather data on customer preferences, market trends and competitor strategies
- Analyse data using statistical software tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain pricing models and forecasting tools to support pricing decisions
- Enhance gross margin through proactive pricing updates and monitoring of costs

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a pricing analysis role, preferably in the car rental industry
- Advanced Excel skills and basic programming skills (SQL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using excel and power BI or similar programs
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships and driving results
- Understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue and yield management
- Team Spirit

The role will be situated in our Corporate Head Office in Southport, Gold Coast, QLD.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
