The company provides a range of gourmet food products including an international deli, gourmet butcher shop, artisan bakery, fresh produce green grocer as well as Quench juice and gelato bars. This unique company researches, sources, selects and delivers the finest fresh food and quality ingredients every day from local and international food producers, whether they be heritage and organic growers, artisan butcher and bakers, seasonal specialists, gourmet importers or culinary craftspeople.

Darren Frame is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Baker to join their team.

**The Role**
As a Baker you will need to possess the following:

- Baking gourmet, artisan breads including sourdoughs, Casalingas, gluten free ranges, Turkish breads, pies and baguettes
- Preparation of pastry and fillings
- Dough mixing
- Kneading, hand moulding and scaling dough
- Monitoring and adjusting oven temperatures determine baking times
- Inspecting quality of products throughout production process.
- Ensuring wastage is minimised and budget of supplies and materials are adhered.
- A work ethic with a focus on continual self-improvement
- Creative drive and a genuine interest in food history and trends

**Successful applicants must have the following**:

- Relevant qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry
- Willingness to constantly learn and be inspired
- Possess effective communication skills
