We are seeking a passionate, energetic and solutions-orientated Administration Coordinator.

The primary role is to facilitate and support the day-to-day responsibilities of the office and warehouse, across all departments. You will also be responsible for assisting in Supply Chain administration. A good all round office assistant and attention to detail is key to being successful in this role.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Answer all incoming telephone calls to the warehouse and screen telephone calls when appropriate, ensuring accurate recording of any phone messages and the passing on of details to the relevant departments promptly.
- Assist in booking couriers and transport
- Assist in QA of inventory on arrival.
- Assist in dispatch ensuring orders are delivered on time and to brand/customer standard.
- Organise and set up conference rooms including audio-visual needs, transportation and catering.
- Order office supplies and handle other office related procurement activities as needed.
- Maintain office cleanliness including front of house, common areas and general office.
- Any additional ad-hoc requests as required.
- At times assist in packing orders during peak times.
- Assist in stock takes
- Responsible for expediting marketing and PR orders to the Rosebery office.
- Manage the courier of QA samples to the Rosebery office and return.
- Manage the online returns along with customer service.

**Ideally you will have**:

- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised attitude and style with the ability to forecast and forward plan.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to successfully meet tight deadlines and time pressures.
- Highly developed customer service skills, being committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels
- Strong computer skills are essential. Expertise on Outlook and the MS-Office product suite is a necessity, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

This role is based from ModelCo Warehouse in Botany, Sydney NSW and from time to time you may be required to attend our Head office in the city.
