Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator for our client based North Sydney to start work immediately in a temporary contract.
Our client prides themselves on being a leader within the medical technology industry, helping to change and improve the lives of others. In this role, you will assist the supply chain team in managing inventory and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations within their portfolio. You’ll act as a central point of communication, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The position will be working Full-Time, Monday to Friday, and paying $35.00-$38.00 an hour + Super. It will start as full-time in their office and move to a hybrid position 2-3 days from home.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee purchasing activities, monitor orders, and nurture supplier relationships
  • Order management around product dispatch, delivery, and billing
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand
  • Plan strategically for procurement needs
  • Ensure compliance and quality standards are upheld
  • Administration and data-entry tasks (Excel, JDE, Salesforce)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective and proactive communication with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
  • Organised with an ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
  • Quick to learn and adapt to technologies and systems
  • Full-Time and Unrestricted Working Rights
