Transformation PMO Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation PMO Administrator to work with a State Government Department - contract until June 2024

The TPMO requires an experienced multi-skilled PMO administrator or Coordinator that has worked in either project, program and/or PMO environments, to join the TPMO team to assist and support the program in the provision of PMO related services (see key accountabilities below). The role shall work closely with program leaders and team members, suppliers and external governance bodies as required.
- Managing the program's reporting lifecycle including agendas, minutes, reporting packs, planning and review meetings, action follow up, reporting calendar upkeep and venue and date coordination
- Supporting the Release Train Engineer in the maintenance of the program's Master Schedule including dependencies resource allocations, budget allocations and critical path.
- Review and uplift current document/information management practices and processes including standardising document storage and systems used, directory and folder structures, document and folder security, version controls and naming nomenclatures.
- Supporting RAIDD Coordinator in the upkeep of program risks & issues including currency and accuracy.
- Oversight of program Actions, Assumptions and Decisions register set-up and keeping vigilance over their currency and accuracy
- Support the program's scope change/variations process owner as required
- Creation of templates and any other program documentation as required
- Training and onboarding of program staff as required
- Creation of new content in JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint as required

**SPECIALIST/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE**:

- Demonstrated significant experience in a large program or PMO environment as either a program coordinator/administrator
- Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and management of the following program related Governance controls/principles including Risks, Issues, Scope/Variance, Information, Actions, Decisions and Assumptions.
- Demonstrated experience driving set processes across multiple levels in a program and organization, ensuring set deliverables are delivered on time and artefact content is of a high standard
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a project or program Master schedule including updating of tasks, durations, resources, costs, and dependencies
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in the use of the MS Suite including MS Project and MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence and/or SharePoint
- Demonstrated experience producing and presenting high quality program/project artefacts, translating complex information into simple and easy to understand language across many different target audiences
- Demonstrated experience in document creation including new templates, processes, guidelines, etc.
