The Cyber Security Team Lead will provide support and guidance to a small Cyber team and will work in close collaboration with all Technology teams to ensure the ongoing security of both information and operational systems. Success in this role will be key to enabling our Strategy 2030 ambitions and meet our commitment to our Digital Roadmap.

This role will develop a culture and system that embeds security and information management as part of the way we work, with an emphasis on the development, implementation, and monitoring of information management and cyber security strategy, policies, standards, and related processes.

Experienced in cyber security technology and risk assessment, you’ll ensure system designs and practices make it easy for our users to be compliant to state and federal legislation.
- ** Position Description**

**About you**

As the Cyber Security Team Lead, you have a keen interest in innovation and new technology, whilst keeping an eye industry standards, trends and regulations. You will be a trusted collaborator, who can facilitate change and partner with the business as we mature our Cyber Security capability.

You will have knowledge of risk management, security architecture and vulnerability profiles. Responsible for leading a small team, your communication style will support your influence across the broader business as you seek to educate and advise others. An authentic leader, you will be a trust builder and bring credibility through your engaging style.

Your qualifications in Cyber Security will be put to the test in this challenging role; however you will form part of a supportive and cooperative team where your experience will be valued and shine as the expert in Cyber.
