Talent Acquisition Manager

**What you do**:

- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives and future workforce needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to optimise performance and foster growth.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Track and interpret recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies, while championing diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to optimize sourcing channels and control recruitment costs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence
- Oversee the recruitment budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring no overspend. Monitor expenses, negotiate vendor contracts, and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimise budget utilization without compromising on recruitment quality or efficiency.

- You are a go getter with demonstrated ability to lead recruitment initiatives that embrace modern practices and industry trends. This includes implementing innovative approaches and leveraging cutting-edge strategies to optimise recruitment processes and outcomes.
- You have a strong track record of leading and mentoring recruitment teams to achieve optimal performance and growth.
- You have experience in managing recruitment budgets to maximize ROI and prevent overspending while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- A proven ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies in line with organisational goals.
- You love working as part of a bigger team and thrive on collaboration. You are passionate about collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
