**About the Organisation**

Sir David Martin Foundation is a Family Foundation that helps young people in crisis. As the major philanthropic partner of Mission Australia, they have raised over $70M since 1990. This partnership has enabled a best-practice model of treatment for young people with drug and alcohol addiction.

The Foundation is the major funder of Mission Australia’s Triple Care Farm, a unique, holistic treatment centre, that each year gives over 200 vulnerable young Australians, aged 16-24, a safe place to get well and prepare for new educational and employment opportunities.

**About the Role**

The Digital Marketing Officer will have primary responsibility for leading the growth, management and delivery of all activity across digital channels including the website, social media channels and digital audience communities for the purpose of increasing the organisation’s overall brand awareness and generating income through digital fundraising activities.

In this role, they will support the Marketing Communications Manager across all digital marketing, brand, communications and fundraising campaign activities. As the digital expert in the team, they will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to innovate and optimise the digital marketing aspects of the organisation’s digital donor journey and brand messaging. This role will also be expected to identify growth opportunities and provide insights into campaign results and provide recommendations for future campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and deliver digital marketing and communications activities to drive advocacy and awareness campaigns, appeals and fundraising initiatives
- Work with the Marketing Communications Manager to manage the website and any other digital platforms for the Foundation including development of landing pages, coordinating content, optimising SEO and website performance
- Manage digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO and SEM platforms
- Build paid and organic multi-channel campaigns
- Drive social media growth and engagement ensuring the online supporter community is engaged
- Support in building and monitoring donor journeys, working closely with the Individual Giving Manager
- Support the fundraising team in ongoing lead generation activities
- Feed into the overall strategy to increase engagement and optimisation of donor journeys
- Collaborate with external agency partners to oversee and manage the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and acquisition activities

**Skills and Experience**
- A qualification in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related fields or experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of and familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Suite (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics), SEO and SEM platforms
- Proven experience implementing multi-channel digital fundraising or marketing activities
- Experience managing digital marketing and social media platforms including tracking and reporting
- Excellent workflow management and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to be a collaborative team member
- Ability to work autonomously with initiative and take ownership of set tasks
