**About the role**:
This role will be instrumental in the selection, implementation and maintenance of the new HRIS required to deliver people systems solutions.

This is a key strategic project for the new Viva Energy business and is critical to establishing the future state operating model for People and Culture.

In this role you will;
- Lead the decision making process to determine the HRIS that will be selected for the Viva Energy Retail business
- Manage the configuration and implementation of the HR systems and technology platforms
- Play a key role in relationship management with both internal and external support partners and other providers where contracts are held in P&C Operations
- Run and maintain the new HRIS post implementation

**bout you**:
You will being your experience working in a fast paced high volume environment with:

- Demonstrated experience in P&C operations including a deep understanding of both the operation and ideally the set-up of a HRIS and how it is should support the full range of people systems, including Payroll, Remuneration, Learning, Reporting Recruitment and On-boarding
- Demonstrated experience in the interpretation of EBAs and modern awards into a payroll compliance framework
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to deliver written and verbal communication, consulting and negotiation skills at all levels
- Strong numeracy skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of research and data
- Relationship management skills to build effective, collaborative partnerships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in using tools for data analysis, reporting on data trends and interpreting for business recommendations
- Strong project management experience
