This is a varied and responsible role where you will be required to work consistently with mínimal supervision together with a small team to deliver a high level of Accounting and financials in a professional and friendly manner.

This role will require you to work 27-30 hours a week -Monday to Friday between 8.30am or - 2:30pm

**General Administration / Office Management**:

- End to End business administration
- General Business & Management support
- Knowledge of Health/Medical Centre, Medicare Billing, and Pharmacy operations is highly desirable

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Payroll Processing
- Processing Doctors payment
- Entry of customer invoices and payments
- Supplier Payments and Reconciliations.
- Management of time billing and support contracts
- Entering payables and receivables
- Cash flow management
- General Filing and office administration
- A minimum of 2 years of commercial bookkeeping experience;
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to liase effectively with internal and external staff and suppliers
- Accounts receivable and payable experience
- Previous experience with high volumes of store credits
- Attention to detail
- Friendly but firm phone manner
