**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join John Flynn Retirement Village, Burwood East (Vic, Aus) as a Personal Care Worker in our Victory Unit. This is a part time position working Sunday to Wednesday 2300 - 0700**.**

Unfortunately at this time Ryman do not sponsor Visa's.

In this role you will:

- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa
- Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment
