Anila Recruitment is representing a for-purpose organisation in the recruitment of an Early Childhood Teacher for their service
**based in Wetherill Park** that caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

Our Client pride themselves on high-quality Early Childhood Services and their education programs are delivered by qualified and passionate staff to children and families.

As the Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) you will be required to respond to children’s strengths, interests and needs by developing and implementing a high-quality education and care curriculum for all enrolled children.

**Location -** Wetherill Park

**Rates - **$40 - $45 per hour + super (dependent on experience)

**Service**:

- Averaging 45 Children

**About the role**:

- Provide active leadership to Educators and contribute to the management of the professional learning of staff
- Build and maintain professional and positive relationships with families
- Capability in working collaboratively within a team to plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs
- Commitment to implementing rigorous, highly differentiated programs
- Lead the team to ensure that each child’s current knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities, and interests are being met

**About you**:

- An Early Childhood Teaching approved qualification (i.e. Bachelor of Teaching or Education)
- Teacher Accreditation
- Identify & Respond to young people at risk certification (or willing to obtain)
- WWCC
