This new progressive start up firm are fast becoming one of the IT places to be, with their '
**think outside of the box**' style and progressive nature it's refreshing and exciting to deal with them. They are currently seeking a Conveyancer to join their growing team in this fantastic role.

This role will see you working closely with a friendly Senior Conveyancer working on complex and intriguing conveyancing and property development matters. You will have the opportunity to progress your career and enjoy a hands-on role whilst becoming an integral part of this close-knit team. Your daily duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Drafting Conveyancing documents, correspondence, and reports
- Effective file management
- Preparation of due diligence and draft documents associated to the sale and purchase of properties on a large scale
- Administration of the financial processes associated with conveyancing prior to settlement
- Preparing client accounts
- Preparing files prior and attending settlements
- Liaising with clients and other involved parties l
- Conducting company and property searches

To be successful in this role, it is required that you hold past experience working in a similar position. You will be expected to have excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise conflicting tasks as well as good communication skills. You will also have the ability to think outside the box and be two steps ahead at all times.
