**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our **Sales and Marketing and Innovation team** in our BlueScope Building Components business as a **Digital Marketing Coordinator**. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.

**This role is based in Mascot, NSW, offering a 15-month fixed-term contract with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, with potential for conversion to full-time permanent employment. The end date for the contract is 30 June 2025.**

**What Will You Do?**

As a pivotal team member, you'll take full ownership of your responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Product Content Enrichment and Website Management**:Enhance product content with photography, descriptions, features, attributes, and benefits for utilisation within owned and customer e-commerce platforms. Simultaneously, support the management and utilisation of our websites through the development and placement of relevant content that enhances customer engagement.
- ** Digital Reporting and Monitoring**:Comprehend digital marketing dashboards to identify improvements and optimisations in digital strategies and tactics, whilst staying abreast of industry trends and best practices, providing input into the adoption of innovative and effective digital marketing technology. This includes technologies such as Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Marketing Automation.

This is a great opportunity for a marketing coordinator who enjoys working across a broad range of marketing activities, with a specific focus on digital and content marketing efforts, whilst having the confidence to navigate through a complex business environment. You will be a proactive self-starter with sound decision-making ability. You will have the following experience and attributes:

- tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline or equivalent on-the-job experience
- 1 to 3 years of digital and content marketing experience
- understanding of the marketing process and how your role contributes to the success of the organisation
- strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions
- ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines, including an ability to work under time-pressure
- ability to liaise with external partners such as marketing agencies and other suppliers in briefing and reviewing their outputs
- effective communication and influencing skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers.
