**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Option for a Full Time or Part Time position (30- 38 hours per week)
- Fixed term 1 year contract commencing February 2024
- Possibility for ongoing employment
- We aim to provide clinically based education and experiences in Gynaecology, Uro-gynaecology, Gynae-oncology, Reproductive Medicine, Endo-surgery, Obstetrics, Anaesthetics, Post Anaesthetic, Acute pain and Day Surgery nursing

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Completion of a graduate year prior to commencement of the program
- Minimum 12-months recent acute nursing experience
- A strong interest in Perioperative nursing
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education
- Demonstrated patient focused, collaborative teamwork approach

- Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women's health and associated health, support and diagnostic services. We are a major teaching hospital and specialist referral centre with the medical, nursing, midwifery and allied health expertise to treat the most complex obstetric, neonatal and gynaecological cases.
