**About the school**

Our client operates an exceeding early learning centre and preparatory school. We are looking for an outstanding Teacher (K1) to join their talented team in January 2023.

The School is unique in its provision of early childhood education. With a focus on being authentic, relational and hands-on in learning, the school has instilled a culture that carries high expectations of what young children can do, think and learn. Emphasis is placed on inquiry and creativity as children and teachers work towards educational excellence.

A thorough knowledge of the K-2 curriculum, an excellent understanding of individualised and small group learning, and an ability to work in close collaboration with another staff member are essential, as is a willingness to share ideas and bring creative perspectives to this partnership and to the staff as a whole.

The educational staff work passionately to design fresh learning programs each year, developing projects and experiences that specifically suit the interests, strengths and needs of the current group of students in each class.

**About you**
- NESA registered and accredited (preferred)
- Degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education and experience with school age children.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a collaborative team situation
- Have strong English (written and oral) and solid knowledge of the K-2 Curriculum
- Confidence in your own abilities
- Inquiry-based learning knowledge
- Ability to plan, implement and assess individual learning programs that cater for individual differences and needs (enabling and extending)
- Ability to work and share in a vibrant school community.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $84,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lindfield NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
