**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with CEO and team to support in a range of reporting and administration outcomes
- Support with the development and maintenance of the CRM
- Coordinate budget, audits and financial reporting for Board members
- Manage corporate services areas such as lease and equipment agreements
- Oversee general administration including office cleaning, IT support, travel arrangements, meeting schedules and general enquiries
- Admin support to CEO and Directors
- Project Support and reporting
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including contractors
- Coordinate HR administration tasks including issuing of staff contracts and updating policies and procedures

**Key Criteria**:

- Proven track record working in a similar role within the arts and cultural sector
- Strong IT and CRM skills (Hubspot desirable), knowledge of Xero highly regarded
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative and deadline driven
- Superior communication, written and well organized
- Exceptional stakeholder and relationship building skills
- Creative thinker who thrives working in creative everchanging environments
- Drivers licence, willingness to travel to events and for meetings
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
