The Care Finders program will provide specialist and intensive assistance to help people in the care finder target population to understand and access aged care and connect with other relevant supports in the community. The program will drive assertive outreach activities to all clients across the wider Gippsland area, including rural and remote communities.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer to be a part of the new Care Finders program. We are looking for an organized, motivated and professional individual with a passion towards creating and promoting positive relationships, exceptional customer service, effective service coordination and a key team player.

The program commences in January 2023, expected to be fully operational by May 2023 after ongoing promotion and development.

**To be successful, you will require;**
- Victorian driver’s licence
- Qualification in business and/or administration with relevant experience (Desirable)
