Reporting to the National Safeguards Manager, this role will see you bring your industry experience and qualifications to handle all kinds of feedback related to our services, ensuring the highest possible standard of support is achieved.
In addition to responding to all complaints and feedback, you will conduct investigations, recommend action and contribute to a culture that put’s the client’s voice at the centre of everything we do.
**About the role**:
Receive and manage feedback and complaints from the people we support, their families, and carers.
Conduct thorough investigations into complaints, maintaining a fair and transparent process.
Collaborate with relevant teams to implement resolutions, ensuring improved service delivery.
Provide guidance and support on the feedback and complaints process.
Monitor trends and identify areas for improvement, contributing to service enhancement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and report on feedback and complaints data as required, this includes external regulatory bodies, including the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and person-focused service delivery.
**About you**:
Qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, disability studies)
Understanding of the NDIS framework and relevant legislation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and a commitment to improving the lives of people with disabilities.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
