Finance Operations Officer

**The Opportunity**
The Finance Operations Officer, Administration and Refunds is an entry level position which will be responsible for processing Bupa customer and ensuring they are performed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. This role will also assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
**This is a 12-month fixed term full-time position, based in Melbourne office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)**
**How will I help?**
**You will add value by**:
- This role is accountable for the delivery of customer refunds, general administrative duties and basic reporting.
- Liaising with Financial Banking Institution to assist with processing customer refunds.
- Providing updates to internal stakeholders on status of refund.
- Managing inbound workflow within service levels.
- Reporting as required.

**What do I need?**
- Basic experience in finance operations processes such as accounts payable is desirable.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Attention to detail and quality outputs.
