A RARE opportunity has opened in up in our leading Gold Coast children’s martial arts branch:
Our team is excited to welcome a enthusiastic, charismatic person who enjoys teaching and interacting with families when they visit our centre.
The bar has been set high with our expectations on how we treat our team (each other) and our extended family (students).
We make no apologies for requiring all staff to support but challenge our fellow team mates to learn new skills while sharing our strengths with others when needed, we expect our team to GROW.
So to stay true to our word, WE provide regular training and opportunities to upskill in all areas, which creates further employment opportunities and rewards as we grow together.
Finally, WE encourage (no, actually INSIST) our team share ideas and thoughts on how we can support our staff better in all aspects of future planning and growth.

As a leader and Instructor I we need the following qualities:
- Stays True to their Word (punctual, professional, honest and reliable)
- Takes Pride in how they are received (always well presented)
- Must be Real and Authentic and know how to have a conversation (have excellent communication skills)
- Gets S*#t Done without having to be micromanaged (highly organised and self-motivated)
- Must be able to laugh and take on new experiences
- MUST bring yourself to the team - Don’t try to be someone you are not
- Enthusiastic to learn and interact with a wide range (3-73 yrs lol) of our extended family members (students and potential students)
Full or Part-time hours available
Salary $45,000 - $65,000
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
