Tweed Regional Aquatic Centres (TRAC) offer everything families need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and has the facilities to provide an extensive range of options.


The centre has both indoor and outdoor pools, teaching pool, hydrotherapy pool, kids interactive play pools, diving boards and giant hill water slide.


In particular, we have unique opportunities for
Learn to Swim Teachers and
Pool Lifeguards in the Tweed Shire Council Region.


  • Love working with children
  • Have great customer service skills
  • Are enthusiastic and positive
  • Have a thorough understanding of water safety
  • Have a current CPR/First aid
  • Have a current NSW working with children's check Essential
  • Available for shifts Monday through to Sunday

For Learn to Swim you require:

  • Austswim 'Teacher of swimming and water safety'
  • Demonstrated teaching experience _(Desired)_
  • Lessons usually take place in the morning and afternoons, if you are studying or working part time this could be a great opportunity to get some extra hours in.

For Pool Lifeguard you require:

  • Pool Lifeguard/CPR
  • First Aid
  • Pool Lifeguard
