**In this role, you'll**:
Play a central role in the Digital & Customer Excellence Program - People to Pay stream seeking to optimise and improve the people services & payroll process. As Program Manager you will manage all aspects of the successful development and delivery of this Enterprise Agreement Interpretation (EAI) project.

Establish the end-to-end entitlements framework and drive the delivery of clear accountabilities in interpretation and administration of industrial instruments, terms and conditions that govern payroll in Transport, in collaboration with senior stakeholders across Transport agencies.

Work with the Program Director to ensure development, deployment, and effective operation of IT systems delivered internally or through a third-party in line with standards and to meet service requirements.

Lead and manage the preparation of project documentation, the development of risk management plans to identify and mitigate key project risks and facilitate the successful management of risk in project delivery.

Provide high level advice to senior executives on project status including risks and interdependencies, project reporting on progress, cost, quality, safety and environment issues and contribute to the development of the corporate strategy and tactical positioning.
