- Confidently present design proposals to clients, clearly articulating design concepts, rationale, and benefits to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the development of comprehensive design documentation, including detailed plans, specifications, and material selections.
- Participate in business development efforts, contributing to client pitches, proposals, and building and nurturing client relationships.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring the successful completion of projects within established constraints.

- A minimum of 12-15+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong focus on workplace and people-centric design.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring design teams.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of innovative and impactful workplace interior design projects.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
