We are excited to collaborate with a renowned and esteemed national architectural and interior design studio, situated in Sydney’s CBD.
Our client specialises in high-rise residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Currently, they are seeking an adept Interior Designer to join their dynamic team and work along side an Associate and another Senior Interior Designer across a large scale landmark Hotel and Residential project.

As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping extraordinary interior spaces for a prominent and captivating project. Your mastery of interior design principles and creativity will be put to the test as you engage in a challenging, design-focused, and intricate projects. Working closely with key Architects, Senior Designers, and Associates, you will contribute to a collaborative and supportive team that values innovation and design excellence.

In the role as an **interior designer** your key responsibilities will be:

- Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for a variety of projects.
- Contribute to all phases of the design process, from initial concept development to final execution.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D design presentations, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings.
- Participate in client meetings, understanding their requirements and translating them into design solutions.
- Provide input on material selection, finishes, furnishings, and lighting to enhance project aesthetics.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive construction documentation, ensuring adherence to design standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, striving to meet project milestones and client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions.

To be successful in the role as an interior designer, we require you to have the following:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed design documentation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively present design ideas.
- Previous experience working on large-scale projects is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Full working rights in Australia (Permanent Residency or Citizenship) are mandatory.
