**The Opportunity**
With a working hybrid arrangement available and reporting to the HR Director, you will have the opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of Human Resources while mentoring a small team.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment, including identifying and leading diverse sourcing strategies.
- Management of onboarding employees and delivering a solid employee experience; leading capability development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update HRIS modifications and generate HR data reports to provide insights and recommendations for their people strategy
- Manage the remuneration structure, salary reviews and provide information to payroll as needed.
- Review, develop, and maintain human resource policies and procedures.
- Provide expert advice and support to management on Employee Relations matters.
- Coordinate corporate achievement plans, including goal-setting and career development plans.
- Drive workplace health, safety, and well-being strategies, systems, and initiatives.

**What you will bring**
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist role with a sound knowledge of the end-to-end employee life cycle
- Proven capability of informally or formally leading a small team
- A positive 'can do' attitude and outcomes-focused mentality
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment skills is essential
