As an Investment Analyst you will support the Investment Strategy and Reporting lead, in providing support to activities owned and delivered within the Investment Strategy and Reporting team. You will support gaining greater oversight of our investment portfolio allocation, support our investment reporting (costs and value), support how we manage delivery dependencies and sequencing, support the review of business cases. The role will be accountable for managing PPM as the source of truth for investment reporting.

Core Accountabilities

Supporting the management of the investment portfolio allocation.
Supporting the production of reliable and robust data and reporting to enable the investment slate to be governed effectively and efficiently.
Supporting monitoring, tracking and reporting on investment spend, value being delivered and project to BAU costs
Supporting processes to oversee delivery dependencies and sequencing, and assessing the impacts within Retail and across the Group.
Accountable for managing PPM as a source of truth for all aspects of investment reporting

The role will work closely with the following key stakeholder groups:
Initiative Leads across Australia Retail to uphold PPM as the source of truth for project reporting, ensuring accountabilities of business sponsors that PPM inputs are reliable and robust, and staff are adequately trained. This includes financial, operational, strategic and delivery health, forecasts, milestones, issues, risks and dependencies.

**Role Location**: Melbourne

**Role Type**: 12 month secondment, Full-time

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
**Investment management**: experience in managing investment processes (including PPM and JIRA)

**Planning & Prioritisation**: planning & prioritising what needs to be done in order to deliver on team priorities.

**Data analysis**: preparing and analysing data and information, and visualising in a way for stakeholders to supports decision Relationship Management: building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

**Change management**: preparing, equipping and supporting people to successfully adopt change to drive organisational outcomes

**User experience**: designing data and reporting in a way that improves the usability, accessibility and desirability of a user’s interaction
