**About the opportunity**:
An opportunity exists to coordinate the activities of tobacco and electronic cigarette surveillance inspection and enforcement activity across the Hunter New England District.
You will be required to triage incoming complaints and allocate resources to investigate and resolve. Travel is a regular part of the position with overnight stays required.
**About you**:
You will bring your high level of legislation interpretation, demonstrated capacity in investigation and enforcement activity and of legislation lead prosecution in court.
