JCP is seeking an experienced Office Accounts Administrator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, a strong work ethic, and confident communication skills to join our team.

The position will be 5 days a week from 8:00-4:00Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accurate data entry of supplier invoices
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Answering incoming calls from suppliers
Processing supplier payments

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have:Previous experience using Microsoft Excel, and XERO.
Strong Customer Service Skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
An organized approach to work including excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and achieve competing deadlines, high level of motivation and initiative.

**Salary**: $46,807.08 - $85,648.06 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- KINGSTON, QLD 4114: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Xero: 2 years (required)
