This role is an exciting opportunity to join this leading emerging companies ECM team. With a strong track record of supporting clients in the emerging and mid-market sectors, the team is looking to grow with a strong pipeline of deal activity.

As an Analyst you will work closely with senior members of the team and assist them with equity raising transactions and merger and acquisition advisory roles across a broad range of sectors.

You will be involved in the execution of all elements of a deal including:

- Conduct research and analysis as required to inform investment strategy
- Draft key documents including engagement letters, term sheets, NDAs
- Assist in the pitching process through the production of key documents including capability statements and company-specific considerations
- Draft key sales documents for corporate clients including marketing, investor presentations and term sheets
- Undertake due diligence procedures and processes involved in deal screening
- Assist corporate clients in the drafting of ASX releases / announcements
- Attend investor presentation meetings
- Organise domestic and international roadshows and scheduling

To be considered for the role you will:

- Have a strong understanding of the ECM or broader corporate finance role
- Ideally have experience in the capital raising deal process
- Strong technical skills in data analysis and presentations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
