In 2023, the Health division expanded its digital and medical aesthetics offering with the acquisitions of telehealth provider InstantScripts, as well as the SILK Group, who operates a network of around 140 wholly-owned, joint venture and franchised clinics. The division employs more than 3600 team members.

**About the role:
Join our Technology Operations team in this newly created role of SAP & Enterprise Applications Manager.

**What you’ll do:
**Team Development and Management**
- Lead and mentor the Applications, Development & Support team.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent for the SAP practice.
- Establish clear performance metrics and goals for the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer service.

**Continuous Improvement / Innovation**
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Drive the introduction of effective IT solutions.
- Optimize Wesfarmers’ Health technology investments.

**Strategy**
- Develop and implement IT strategy to enhance business performance.

**Project Delivery and Development**
- Ensure the development of robust technology solutions aligned with Wesfarmers’ Health’s architecture.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP projects.

**Applications Support**
- Maintain an efficient and effective Applications Development & Support team. Ensure adherence to IT controls, policies, and processes.

**What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a senior IT management role.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in SAP consulting.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Deep understanding of SAP technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience in Consulting and/or Commercial Management.
- Proven IT experience in a multi-site national network.
- Experience in contract and vendor development and management.
- IT methodologies and frameworks certification preferred (e.g., ITIL, Cobit).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications in SAP are highly desirable.
