Your role will see you:

- Engage walk in customers in a way that has them instantly connecting with you
- Build credibility quickly with people in a way that has them feel comfortable to open up
- Adapt your conversational approach based on different customers types/ styles
- Use consultative questioning techniques to engage people on emotional and logical needs
- Qualify each customer to determine the scope of their needs and wants
- Use stories to influence and have the confidence to encourage customers to buy
- Be comfortable introducing value add products and services in customer conversations
- Work within a very driven, dynamic and energised team of professionals all working towards a common goal
