**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity now exist for a Workplace Experience Coordinator (facilities / office superstar) to support our highly collaborative and dynamic teams working from our Ventia offices and depots. Reporting directly to the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be hands on with day-to-day operation of our West End office as well as provide support to other office and depot locations.

The role focusses on user workplace experience:

- Ensuring guest arrival experience is positive
- Providing assistance with meeting room set-up and pack down
- Assist with mail and parcel deliveries
- Ensure facilities are tidy and supplies stocked for end users
- Supervise trade works as required
- Coordinate catering and local events

**About You**
Ideally, you have previous experience in hospitality or front-line property / facilities role where customer service is paramount. Highly committed to delivering service excellence, you enjoy working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. Your communication skills, as well as your initiative to go beyond the call of your duty are second to none. You are on an ongoing quest for continuous improvement and take pride surpassing customer expectation Your attention to detail followed by your ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment will ensure your success in this high touch role.
